Double bed. Shower. Hand basin. W.C. T.V.
£60 per night.
£40 per night single occupancy.
Access
All rooms are up flights of stairs. Ley Park is not adapted for persons who are not fully able.
Booking and Conditions;
Please note that both rooms have a double bed. Twin beds are not available. We do not accept children under 12 years.
We are pleased to welcome guests after 4pm.
If booking within 7 days of arrival date.
Payment in full at time of booking. If you cancel, your payment will not be returnable, other than at our discretion if we are able to let the room. We will try to be as helpful as circumstances allow.
Booking in advance of 7 days prior to arrival date.
25% payable at time of booking. The balance to be paid on arrival.
If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival the deposit will not be refunded, other than at our discretion if we are able to let the room.
Payment
By personal cheque with a guarantee card.
Cash is acceptable.
PayPal - Contact us to arrange details, then just e-mail us the payment via your PayPal account.
Google Checkout - Just e-mail us for your booking requirements,
stating that you will pay by Google Checkout.Then when everything is arranged we’ll send you an Invoice
via Google Checkout and you pay in one go online - easy and secure!
We will at all times do our best to be as helpful and flexible as we can, especially with respect to 'last minute' bookings.
